I bring this artisan mindset to quality management, balancing a holistic system view with a sharp eye for the tiny, high-impact details that truly set products apart.

Throughout my multi-role career, even as a developer, I've always enjoyed testing the products I worked on. Michael Bolton and James Bach pulled me deeper into context-driven testing, and House of Test is the only place in Switzerland where I can practice it among like-minded people.

Wrapping my head around complex IT system landscapes and coming up with a feasible approach for efficient testing feels like a fun puzzle to me. That same passion for seeing good things grow shows up when I write songs, do gardening, and breed aquarium fish.

I'm the founder and CEO of House of Test. My job is mostly finding and hiring the most skilled engineers on the market, because that's what lets us give clients work of the quality we promise.

I test software so it actually works for the people using it — my real skill is listening: turning what customers need into what gets built and run before they even notice. Weekends, you'll find me wandering street art festivals, chasing anything that isn't a screen.

I'm a process-oriented quality consultant and test manager focused on truly understanding customers and end users. I love testing as creative work — not just finding creative ways to break things, but collaborating creatively across diverse teams. Outside testing, I enjoy writing and telling stories, playing tabletop roleplaying games, and wargaming.

I break software to understand it — mostly banks and insurers, where the stakes make it interesting. Sixteen years in, I still push trial and error past where most people quit. My obsession is security: web, network, and the physical side. Off-hours: sports, or exploring somewhere new.

I've spent 14 years in IT, working mainly as a software tester, with experience as a Scrum Master and developer. I also run workshops on software testing and bread baking. I enjoy solving problems and sharing what I know. Outside work, I love cooking, hiking, and running, always looking for my next challenge.

I'm the Business Development Director at House of Test. I started out as a test engineer, so I look at business questions from an engineering perspective and help Swiss companies understand what software quality means for their cost, risk and competitiveness.

Solving complex tech puzzles is my specialty, along with building efficient testing frameworks to keep your system honest—because software should work, not surprise us. When I'm not breaking code on purpose, I'm usually out hiking with my camera, reading, or drawing and painting.

With 17 years in software testing, I still love exploring new domains and technologies. I thrive in agile teams, building robust test automation frameworks that ensure high software quality. Off the clock, you'll find me playing or watching ice hockey.

I come from embedded software: medical devices, railway systems, industrial printers. Testing, for me, starts at the requirements, not the end of the sprint. I've given talks on TDD and built test frameworks from scratch. Outside work, I ride my bike, play guitar, or enjoy time with my family.

I am a software engineer with focus on testing. With more than 20 years in the field, I help you to sail your project/product into the best possible direction from a quality perspective. Outside work I spend my time with family and outdoors exploring nature.

Test Manager with nearly two decades in tech, acting as the bridge connecting technical concepts with strategy. I focus heavily on keeping everything aligned and running seamlessly. When offline, I mountain bike just enough to pass the time until I can go skiing.
